Jomari Ann Gier CPA, CMA, is a highly skilled accounting professional with extensive experience in property and tax accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at SHAPE since June 2021, Jomari has previously held roles at Warrington PCI Management and FirstService Residential BC, where Jomari advanced from Property Accountant to Senior Property Accountant. Jomari's career began in the Cayman Islands at Rainbow Realty Ltd., and includes valuable experience as a Tax Associate at Trowbridge Professional Corporation. Jomari holds a BBA in Accounting from Okanagan College and a BSBA in Management Accounting from Mariano Marcos State University, supplemented by a Certified Management Accountant designation.
