Tae-Won Oh

Tae-Won Oh has a strong background in operations management, with extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing and automotive industries. Tae-Won began their career in 1993 at Mando Corporation, where they worked as a process engineer for six years. In 1999, they joined Valeo Electrical Systems Korea, serving as both a purchasing quality manager and VPS manager. In 2005, they moved to Faurecia as the Korea PSE manager. Following this, they worked at Halla Holdings Corp., where they held positions as the purchasing & supplier quality manager and later as the SPM manufacturing manager. Currently, Tae-Won works at Shape Technologies Group, holding the position of Sr. Director of Asia Operations since September 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Korea Operations from 2016 to 2020.

Tae-Won Oh completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Dong-A University between 1987 and 1994.
