Eric Di Nisi has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering management, with a career spanning over two decades. Eric began as an Assistant Technique à la Fabrication at Rhodia Engineering Plastics S.r.l. from November 2000 to February 2002, advancing to various roles at Faurecia from July 2012 to September 2018, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Program Manufacturing Leader Manager. Eric joined SMP Automotive Global as Global Director Manufacturing Engineering from October 2018 to July 2020 before moving to Shape Corp., where Eric served as Plant Manager from April 2021 to January 2024, followed by a role as Program Manager and Deputy Plant Manager.
