Prasad Gunjikar

Prasad Gunjikar has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. PRASAD began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Bestretch Elastomers Int. Limited/Garware Elastomerics Limited, where they gained practical knowledge in R&D, Quality, Production, and Dispatch departments. Following this, they joined Toyota Gosei Kirloskar Private Limited as a Production Engineer, where they were responsible for daily production capacity planning and execution, inventory control, and maintaining standardized work flow. Prasad then transitioned to EUC TECH, where they held positions as a Sr. Application Engineer and later as a Technical Manager. In these roles, they provided technical support and sales activities, including software installation, training to customers, and business development. Prasad joined Shape Corp. as an Application Development Engineer in 2010 and progressed to the position of Assistant Manager in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the end-to-end advanced product development process, collaborating with various teams and executing project plans. Prasad's diverse experience demonstrates their proficiency in project management, technical support, and production planning.

Prasad Gunjikar completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Rubber Technology from the Indian Rubber Institute at IIT Kharagpur from 2007 to 2008. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Polymer Science & Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which they pursued from 2004 to 2006. Prasad also holds a Diploma in Plastic Technology from Karnataka (Govt.) Polytechnic, Mangalore, which they completed from 2000 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Prasad Gunjikar has obtained several certifications. PRASAD earned the Moldex3D Expert Certificate from Moldex3D (CoreTech System Co., Ltd.) in February 2019. In November 2016, they received the "Moldex3D Advanced Training Certification" and the "Moldex3D Certified Analyst" certifications from the same institution. Prasad also holds the "Sigma Soft Virtual molding Training Certificate" from SIGMASOFT Virtual Molding, which they obtained in October 2015. Furthermore, they have completed the RJG's Systematic Molding training offered by RJG, Inc. in Chicago, USA in September 2013.
