Damian Volantino serves as the Chief Product Officer at Shaper GAP® since April 2024, focusing on product, creativity, strategy, and games. In addition to this role, Damian also directs the UI/UX Design department at Magic Media, where responsibilities include leading a team of designers and fostering their growth through mentoring and workshops. Prior experience includes serving as Lead UX/UI at Scopely, Head of Product & Design at The Sandbox—where Damian oversaw the UX/UI pipeline and managed extensive product releases—and a series of positions in UI/UX design and animation across multiple companies, including etermax, MPForce Inc, Vostu, and MP Game Studio. An educational background in Graphic Design was completed at Nueva Escuela de Diseño y Comunicación.
