Shaping Her Earth (SHE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women of color as they navigate education, identity, and personal growth. Our mission is to address the disparities and obstacles these young women face — and to ensure they are equipped to not just survive, but thrive.

We foster inclusive environments that promote academic success, leadership development, and emotional well-being. Through intentional mentorship, creative expression, and community-building, we help shape confident, capable, and engaged change agents.

At SHE, we provide the tools, resources, and safe spaces that young women of color need to grow — academically, socially, and personally. Our programs guide participants through high school, prepare them for the transition to college, and support their emergence as powerful leaders.

We believe that when young women of color are affirmed, equipped, and uplifted, they transform not only their own lives but also their communities and the world.
