Lars Møller

Lars Møller possesses extensive experience in learning and development within organizational contexts, currently serving in multiple roles including Learning and Development, People and Culture at MindScout Denmark since January 2009, and as a People Development Specialist at Shaping New Tomorrow since June 2021. Møller has dedicated significant time to training and mentoring both within the Jægerkorpset and in the corporate sector, focusing on enhancing success for individuals and organizations. With a foundational background as a Special Operator in the Danish Army Special Operations Force from March 1984 to March 2009, Møller combines military discipline with a strong commitment to personal and professional development. The educational journey includes completing studies at Gammel Hellerup Gymnasium, leading to a focus on training and leadership development.
