Ron Churchey

Ron Churchey, the Vice President of Construction since 2010, plays a critically important role on the leadership team by ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with Shapiro & Duncan’s quality standards. He has guided the project management teams, Planning and Field Operations to successful completion of high-rise residential, office, government/military, school, hospital and hotel construction projects. In addition to developing and updating project management strategies, policies and procedures, he also assists the Estimating Department in reviewing and analyzing bid proposals and vendor/subcontractor qualifications. He is LEED AP certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
