Ir Baharin Chik is an experienced electrical engineering professional with a diverse background in the energy and oil & gas sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Electrical at Shapoorji Pallonji Energy since April 2024, Ir Baharin previously held the position of Owner at PTSB and Principal at Worley from November 2022 to May 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Business Development at ETAP - Operation Technology, Inc. (December 2019 - November 2022), Electrical Technical Authority at MISC BHD (September 2018 - December 2019), and Freelance Senior Electrical Engineer for several companies including Technip Geoproduction (M) Sdn Bhd, Aker Solutions, and SBM Offshore. Ir Baharin's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester, completed between 1993 and 1995.
