Kailas Kedar has a background in Civil Engineering and has held various managerial positions in the real estate industry. Currently working at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate as Vice President and GM of Regulatory Approvals, Kailas has a strong track record of successfully liaising with statutory authorities to obtain necessary approvals. Prior to his current role, Kailas held positions at companies such as Sheth Creators Pvt. Ltd, Piramal Realty, The Phoenix Mills Ltd., Hinduja Realty Ventures Ltd., and K. Raheja Realty. Kailas recently completed his Executive MBA from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
