Pankaj Jindal is an experienced operations manager specializing in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Sharda Hospital since August 2022, Pankaj is responsible for developing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction, alongside managing daily operations, budgeting, and staffing. Previously, Pankaj held positions at Moolchand Healthcare, where effective management of hospital operations and successful implementation of JCI policy led to a 5-star building rating. Additional experience includes roles at JLL in facilities management, Jaypee Siddharth Hotel as Operations Manager, Shangri-La’s Rasa Ria Resort & Spa as Front Office Manager, and various positions in housekeeping and front office operations at Baisan International Hotel and HYATT Hotels.
