Aditya Vaidya

Aditya Vaidya is a professional with extensive experience in maintenance operations and manufacturing, currently serving as Deputy Manager of COE Maintenance at Sharda Motor Industries Ltd since May 2023. Prior to this role, Aditya worked at Boysen Exhaust System from November 2018 to May 2023, focusing on plant production planning and maintenance operations, as well as new product development. Aditya's experience also includes a position at Comau from June 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities involved the commissioning, installation, and maintenance of robots for the FIAT FCA 556 Jeep Compass project. Earlier career experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at PIX Transmissions (Europe) Limited from October 2012 to June 2015. Aditya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Operations and Finance Management from United Business Institute in Brussels and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Power (Electrical) from Yeshwantrao Chauhan College of Engineering.
