Viekas K Khokha has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Viekas K is currently the SVP & CHRO at Sharda Motor Industries Ltd since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dhanuka Agritech Ltd from 2020 to 2023, where they were responsible for HR across multiple locations in India. Viekas K also worked as a Senior Course Consultant at upGrad from 2019 to 2020, developing and delivering courses on HRM for NMIMS Online university students. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Director of Human Resources at Zimmer Biomet, where they played a key role in developing an inclusive workplace. Prior to that, they worked at Bharti Airtel Limited from 2000 to 2013, starting as a Manager in Sales and ultimately becoming the General Manager of Human Resources. Viekas K also has previous experience as a Product Executive at Ascom Holding AG from 1998 to 2000.

Viekas K Khokha has a diverse educational background with a focus on human resources and general management. Viekas K was a Global Fellow in Talent Management at The Wharton School in 2018, where they specialized in Human Resources Development. In 2012, they attended XLRI, Jamshedpur to study Strategic Human Resource Management. In 2010, they attended IIM, Ahmedabad for a course in Advanced Human Resource Management. In 2008, Khokha attended IIM, Ahmedabad again to complete the Business Managers Program, with a focus on General Management. Viekas K obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (FT) from LBSIM, Delhi between 1996 and 1998, specializing in Marketing and Human Resources. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University between 1991 and 1995. Khokha completed their high school education at Delhi Public School, Noida, where they obtained their XII degree with a focus on Science. Additionally, in May 2018, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
