Alina Arora

Alina Arora is a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co since May 2020, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, private equity investments, and joint ventures, with significant expertise in advising insurance companies and private equity firms. Alina has led multi-jurisdictional internal investigations into various corporate misconducts. Previously, Alina held the position of Partner at L&L Partners from April 2008 to November 2019, where advice was provided on strategic alliances and corporate governance. Alina is also a member of the International Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Alina holds a Master of Laws in International Economic Laws from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi, as well as a BA (Hons) in History from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
