Sarika Raichur is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co since September 2023, with previous experience as a Partner at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India and Kochhar & Co. Sarika has a strong background in advising on legal issues related to inbound and outbound investments, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions, gained through roles at various prominent firms including Noerr LLP, where expertise in directing the India Desk and advising on investments between India and Europe was developed. As a Founding Partner of Yuti Law Partners, Sarika focused on a diverse range of legal matters, and prior roles included positions at Khaitan & Co., ADM Capital, and Paras Kuhad & Associates, further displaying a comprehensive understanding of corporate, banking, and regulatory issues. Educationally, Sarika holds a BSL.LLB from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has pursued advanced studies in the German language in London and Pune.
