Taru Agrawal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Director at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co since October 2024, Taru previously held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Fitelo from May 2022 to October 2024, where significant growth was achieved, transforming it into India's second-largest weight loss platform. Prior to Fitelo, Taru led the P&L for WhiteHat Jr’s Australia region, drastically reducing cost burn, and was involved in the strategic integration of Byju’s. With six years at A.T. Kearney, Taru developed expertise in operations strategy, business transformation, and stakeholder management, while early career experience at Deutsche Bank focused on equities capital markets. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, alongside ongoing studies at the CFA Institute.
