Ruud de Roy van Zuydewijn - Tichelaar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Ruud most recently served as the Group CFO at Share Logistics starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of CFO Europe & Global Bulk Liquids at Hillebrand Gori - A company of DHL from May 2019 to June 2023.
Before these roles, Ruud worked at DSM as the Director Finance & Control Powder Can & Coil | DSM Resins from February 2018 to April 2019. In this role, they were responsible for financial and management reporting, driving business performance, and providing advice on investment and M&A activities.
From 2007 to 2018, Ruud worked at CEVA Logistics in various finance roles including Vice President Finance - Global Air & Ocean Freight, Finance Director Global Ocean Freight, Senior Group Business Controller, Manager Business Development Analytics, and Strategy Business Analyst. In these roles, they were involved in financial reporting, optimizing operational processes, improving profitability, and developing strategic sales strategies.
Earlier in their career, Ruud worked at Philips as a Reporting Specialist from July 2006 to September 2007, where they focused on compliance monitoring, financial reporting, and supporting special corporate control projects. Ruud also worked at ABN AMRO as a Risk Assessment Analyst from January 2006 to June 2006.
Ruud de Roy van Zuydewijn - Tichelaar's education history includes a diverse range of qualifications. Ruud obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between 1999 and 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Policy, Communication, and Organization from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2003 to 2005. In 2014 to 2015, they further expanded their knowledge by completing a certification as a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, they underwent pre-university education (Dutch: VWO) at the Niftarlake College from 1992 to 1998.

Our scale and expertise form the foundation that enables us to deliver customized services against competitive prices. These services range from customs services, fiscal representation and freight insurance to storage, project management and 4PL services. Furthermore, we develop our own software for customers, enabling us to combine the operational, financial and commercial aspects of the cargo shipment. Every shipment is covered by automatic tracking, administration and documentation. This gives our customers a clear overview and the tools to manage every shipment within the different transport modalities. The system saves them both time and manpower.
