Kathleen Allan

Kathleen Allan is a seasoned professional with a strong background in program management and organizational operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Program Department Operations for the No Kid Hungry campaign at Share Our Strength since July 2021. Previously, Kathleen held the role of Lead Training Program Coordinator at Upstream USA, where significant contributions included launching training programs in multiple states and enhancing internal workflows. Experience as a Field Organizer for the Iowa Democratic Party led to a notable increase in voter turnout. Additional roles include serving as a North American Language and Culture Assistant with the Spanish Ministry of Education and as a Transition Services Coordinator with AmeriCorps, demonstrating a commitment to education and community service. Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Saint Mary's College of California.
