Parker Cohen

Parker Cohen is an experienced leader in family economic mobility and financial capability, currently serving as Managing Director at Share Our Strength since October 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Prosperity Now from 2013 to 2022, holding titles such as Vice President of Programs and Director of Savings and Financial Capability. Parker has effectively provided technical assistance to community organizations, supported integrated financial strategies for social service providers, and contributed to the development of innovative financial services for low- and moderate-income consumers. A background in community health and public policy is evident from roles at the Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers and DB Consulting Group, among others. Parker holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Macalester College.
