Lauren Ladd

Lauren Ladd is the Co-founder and CEO of Shareback, a company focused on integrating AI into business operations through an all-in-one platform that offers powerful assistants, agents, and AI-first tools. In addition to this role, Lauren serves as a Limited Partner at firedrop. Previously, Lauren held the position of Senior Product Manager at BCG Digital Ventures from September 2018 to August 2021 and worked as a GS-11 Analyst at the United States Department of Defense from 2013 to 2016. Lauren also completed a Fulbright program with Fulbright Austria from 2012 to 2013. Educational qualifications include studies at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Lauren is an alumnus of Brentwood School.
