Phillip C. Donald Jr.

Phillip C. Donald Jr., CRPS® AIF®, currently serves as a Sr. Retirement Plan Advisor at ShareBuilder 401k since September 2017. Prior to this role, Phillip held various management positions, including Operations Manager at Loves Travel Stops, where responsibilities included overseeing a $12 million budget and managing daily operations for multiple business units. Phillip also worked as a District Manager at Speedway LLC, responsible for an $18 million budget while managing 11 business units. Earlier experiences include inventory management, workstation support, and IT support roles with reputable organizations such as Analyst International, Siemens Business Services, and the United States Marine Corps, where Phillip specialized in information systems and communications. Phillip holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and Sullivan University, respectively.
