Courtney Walters

Courtney Walters has extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the VP of HR Business Partners & Culture at Sharecare since August 2016. Prior roles at Sharecare include Sr. Director, Director, and Sr. Manager in various HR capacities focused on internal communications and culture. Before joining Sharecare, Courtney worked at Healthways from April 2006 to July 2016, progressing through roles such as Senior Manager of Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist. Courtney's career began at MedTek, where roles included Sales & Marketing Manager and Office Manager. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from East Tennessee State University, completed in 2001.
