Drew Clemmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, emergency management, and community service. Currently serving as a Board Member for Shared Beginnings since February 2024, Drew contributes to empowering families through adoption support. As Sales Director at Ogury since February 2022, and previously holding senior sales roles at AdAdapted and Walmart, Drew has demonstrated effective leadership in sales operations and client management. With a background as CEO of DKC Emergency Training Solutions, Drew achieved a significant profit increase while overseeing business development and client relations. Additionally, Drew's experience as a firefighter/paramedic with the Bentonville and Bella Vista Fire Departments highlights a commitment to emergency management and community safety. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration and associate degrees in Global Leadership and Paramedic Technology from Waldorf University and NorthWest Arkansas Community College, respectively.

We fight for the rights of first families, advocate for policy changes, protect victims of adoption trafficking, and work to ensure all families reach stability. 💜 Our mission is to empower the community to build healthy families by supporting pregnant women, first families, adoptees and adoptive families. Our vision is to humanize the legal process of adoption by raising the ethical standards across Arkansas.
