Michaela Montie is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and communication roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Shared Beginnings since March 2018, Michaela focuses on empowering and uplifting women. Previously, at Walmart from May 2012 to June 2019, Michaela held multiple senior management positions, including leading international strategic initiatives and change management for international HR operations with a significant global workforce.
