Tracy Purcell has more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, with a focus on state Medicaid programs and implementations. Her experience includes a focus on eligibility, enrollment, member services and appeals. She has successfully managed numerous projects as part of her role as the Director of Member Services for the Division of TennCare (Tennessee Medicaid) including Medicaid reform, major budget initiatives and vendor implementations. With over 15 years at TennCare, Tracy has vast experience in almost all areas of Medicaid and CHIP programs.
