J Mark Young has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. J Mark began their career at The Louis Berger Group as a Program Manager in 2001 and transitioned to become the CEO of Sundance Group, Inc. in 2002. After serving as CEO for over a decade, they joined Day & Zimmermann as a Project Controls Analyst from 2015 to 2016. Young then moved on to Shared Health Services, Inc., where they held the position of Vice President of Operations in 2017 before being promoted to Senior Vice President in 2018. Currently, they are working as a Solution Provider at GeoConex Corp, starting from June 2021. With their extensive experience in leadership and operations roles, Young brings a valuable skillset to each organization they work with.

J Mark Young, BS, CEM, CWCMS, ACHE has a diverse educational background. J Mark earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Milligan College, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended East Tennessee State University from 1980 to 1983, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. In 1973 and 1974, they pursued Pre-Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In addition to their formal education, J Mark Young has obtained the CWCMS certification from the Wound Care Institute in May 2019.
