Ashley Gervais

Ashley Gervais is currently the Director of Team Success at Shared Practices Group. Prior to this role, Ashley has held various HR positions at companies such as ISO Claims Partners, Verisk, Progressive Dental Inc., and Sirote & Permutt, P.C. Ashley also has experience as a Payroll Coordinator at a previous company where Ashley processed payroll for 400 employees. Ashley's background includes managing human resource functions, posting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, upgrading timekeeping systems, managing sales associates, assisting employees with benefits packages, recruiting and hiring employees, and creating successful positions such as the Patient Advocate role. Ashley holds a BA in Sociology from St. Cloud State University.
