The Project and Process Management team at Shared Service Centrum Ons oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of various projects and processes to enhance operational efficiency for our partners. The team includes roles such as Project Manager, Manager for Functional Management & M365 Cloud Support, Program Manager, and Project and Process Officer, all working collaboratively to ensure successful project delivery and continuous process improvement.
