Huyen Pham

Huyen Pham has had a successful career in business analysis. Huyen began their career in 2011 as a Research Department Assistant at PetroVietnam Security Incorporated (PSI). In 2012, they moved to Bao Son International General Clinic - Bao Son Group as a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant. In 2014, they joined CBI Digital Inc. as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for communicating with clients to gather business requirements and transforming them into project descriptions. Huyen also worked closely with the development team to ensure the business' requirements were met and joined the testing process to make sure websites and apps ran properly. In 2017, they moved to SmartOSC as a Business Analyst, and in 2018, they joined NashTech Limited in the same role. Currently, they are employed as a Business Analyst at ShareRing, a position they have held since 2022.

Huyen Pham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Hanoi University between 2008 and 2012. In 2014, they earned a TOEIC of 780/990 from Educational Testing Service (ETS). In 2016, they were awarded the Google Adwords Qualified Professional Certificate from Google AdWords Certified. In 2018, they were awarded the IIBA Endorsed Education Provider Certificate of 33 PD Hours / CDU from IIBA Endorsed Education Provider. In 2021, they earned the Professional Scrum Product Owner level II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org.
