Amy Shand is an experienced professional in people development and management with a focus on enhancing organizational culture and empowering individuals financially. Currently serving as Engineering Manager, Lead People Experience Coach, and People Development Manager at Sharesies since July 2020, Amy drives strategic initiatives to create equitable money opportunities. Prior roles include Head of People & Culture at Ackama, where Amy scaled operations as the team expanded, and Head of Picture at Park Road Post Production, managing a creative team. With a diverse background spanning IT production management at Weta Digital and advisory roles at Inland Revenue NZ, Amy's career is supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Otago.
