Brooke Roberts

Brooke Roberts is currently the Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and Director at Sharesies. However, they didn't always work in such high positions. In fact, their first job out of college was with Xero, a company where they worked from July 2015 to May 2017 as the Senior Global Product Marketing Manager - Ecosystem. In this position, their key achievements included developing and receiving endorsement for the ecosystem strategy- embedding structure & financial return into the ecosystem, developing and establishing the new Ecosystem Marketing function delivering a 21% increase in the number of customers using ecosystem partners, hiring and leading the Ecosystem Marketing team, and taking ownership of the Add-on Marketplace. Thanks to their hard work, referrals to ecosystem partners increased by 1080% and visitors to ecosystem partners increased by 197%.

In 2017, Roberts left Xero to start their own company, Sharesies. Since then, they have become one of the most successful young entrepreneurs in New Zealand, thanks in part to their innovative thinking and dedication to their work.

Brooke Roberts has a Master of Finance from Massey University, a BCA in Money & Finance, Marketing & International Business from Victoria University of Wellington, and is a certified ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) and AltusQ Business and Leadership Coaching certified Leadership & Coaching Workshop.
