Leighton Roberts

Leighton Roberts is currently the co-founder, co-CEO, and director of Sharesies. Prior to this, they were with Kiwibank for five years, where they were the senior product manager for home loans and business lending. In this role, they were responsible for the product management and financial performance of Kiwibank's Business Lending and Home Loan products, which had a balance sheet of $16 billion and generated $205 million in revenue per year. Her key achievements include driving and delivering the Loan Fixing Online Project, which reduced the cost to serve refixing customers by $300k per quarter while also reducing Home Loan customer churn, and growing the Lending Portfolio by $1b and generating $205m in revenue in the last financial year in a challenging lending market.

Leighton Roberts completed a Bachelor of Business Studies at Massey University, with a focus in finance and management. Prior to this, they attended Hawera High School.
