Sarah Forde

Sarah Forde is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior People Experience Advisor at Sharesies since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children from September 2019 to December 2021 and held positions as an HR Advisor/Analyst and HR Administrator at Healthcare of New Zealand Holdings Limited from October 2018 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Team Assistant at the Pharmaceutical Management Agency (PHARMAC) from April 2017 to October 2018 and as a Design School Advisor and Site Coordinator at Coco Republic from April 2014 to March 2017. Sarah holds a Graduate Diploma in Commerce, specializing in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Victoria University of Wellington, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, International Relations, and Sociology from the same institution.
