Vic Roper

Vic Roper is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management and capability development. Currently serving as the People Experience Manager at Sharesies since October 2021, Vic previously held various HR roles at Silverstripe from July 2017 to October 2021, including People & Capability Manager and HR Advisor. Prior HR experience includes a role as HR Coordinator at Geeks on Wheels and a part-time position as a Dog Trainer at Dog Guru. Vic also has a background in research and customer service, having worked as a Research Assistant at Victoria University of Wellington and a Retail Assistant at Lighting Plus. An education in psychology culminated with a BSc(Hons) degree from Victoria University of Wellington in 2013.
