Adam Shelpman

Director of Customer Success at Sharetec

Adam Shelpman has worked in various roles since 2000. Adam began their career at Reliable Federal Credit Union as a Member Services Specialist and Teller. In 2006, they moved to the Indiana Department of Revenue, where they served as a Taxpayer Resource Specialist. In 2007, they joined EDMC as a Senior Student Financial Services Advisor and Financial Aid Officer. In 2015, Adam joined Sharetec Systems, where they held the roles of Head of Customer Success, Software Support Manager, Software Conversion Manager, and Software Support Analyst.

Adam Shelpman has an Associates of Science in Business Administration from Brown Mackie College and is currently studying Business Administration, Management and Operations at South University. Adam also holds certifications from LinkedIn in Be the Manager People Won't Leave, Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity, Executive Influence, Developing Adaptability as a Manager, and Igniting Emotional Engagement, as well as a Notary Public Commission from the State of Indiana.
