Tara Farrell, MHRM

Tara Farrell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tara is currently working as a Regional Manager at ShareTown, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to that, they were an Education Alliance Consultant at Zovio starting from April 2019. Before joining Zovio, they held the position of Business Development Manager at Ashford University, where they fostered partnerships with companies to provide affordable online learning opportunities to working adults.

Earlier in their career, Tara worked as a Recruitment Manager in the Finance and Accounting division of Robert Half from May 2016 to November 2017. Tara also served as a Division Director at Robert Half from September 2015 to May 2016, helping companies find the right talent for their growth.

Tara gained valuable sales and marketing experience in the telecommunications industry, working as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Verizon from April 2014 to September 2015, and as a Business Inside Sales Account Manager at Sprint from April 2013 to November 2013. Tara started their career in the wireless industry as a Sales Development Representative at T-Mobile from August 2008 to August 2012.

Additionally, Tara has experience as an Account Executive at four1five, where they worked closely with clients to meet their interior design needs. Tara also worked as a Retail Account Representative and a Major Account Manager at AT&T Mobility.

Throughout their career, Tara has demonstrated strong relationship-building skills, negotiation abilities, and a drive for achieving sales targets.

Tara Farrell, MHRM, has an extensive education history. In 1996, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts Theater from Saint Mary's College of California. Tara furthered their education by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2015. In 2018, they pursued a Masters in Human Resources Management and Services from Ashford University, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, Tara has completed certification programs in Microsoft Excel from Infinite Skills Inc in March 2013, and Six Sigma from Aveta Business Institute in March 2013. In the past, they also studied Mortuary Science at American River College from 2006 to 2008, but does not hold a degree in that field. Prior to their higher education, they completed their high school education at Livermore High School from 1992 to 1996.
