Julien Morville has worked in the real estate industry since 2006. In 2006, they completed a stage as a junior office manager at Athena Advisers - Property. Investment. Lifestyle. In 2008, they worked as a Chargé de développement Immobilier and a Chargé d'études Immobilier (stage) at FONCIA. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as an Asset Manager Immobilier at AEW Europe, managing a portfolio of real estate assets worth 1 Mds€. In 2017, they became the Co-fondateur & CEO of Sharies | Opérateur de Coliving, an actor pioneering Coliving in France, reinventing city living to make it a rich, warm and accessible experience, centered on people and the needs of urban workers. Sharies spaces are more than just rooms to sleep, they are places to live that respond to all moments of daily life, such as workspaces, fitness, screening rooms, and various services (concierge, mobility, well-being, events).
