Hasan Hujairi

Hasan Hujairi is an accomplished professional in the fields of music and art management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Music Department at Sharjah Art Foundation since January 2023, Hasan is responsible for building and overseeing the department. With a long-standing career as a Music Composer and Sound Designer since January 2009 through hasanhujairi.com, Hasan specializes in sound art, music composition, performance, curation, and experimental writing. Previously, as the Research and Library Manager at AlRiwaq Art Space from September 2018 to June 2022, Hasan contributed to the planning of the organization’s relocation, developed educational programming with a focus on critical and alternative education, and curated exhibitions and events. Hasan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Music Theory and Composition from Seoul National University, a Master's degree in Regional Economics and related fields from Hitotsubashi University, and a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Drake University.
