Maryam Alshanbleh possesses extensive experience in customer relationship management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Relationship Management at Sharjah Coop since July 2016, with a progressive career that includes roles as a Customer Relationship Management Analyst, Call Center Supervisor, and Senior Operations Executive. Prior to this, Maryam worked in customer service at Hotel La Quinta de Amat from May 2015 to July 2016. Maryam holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Alkwarzmi University in Jordan, completed between 2008 and 2012.
