Currently serving as an Advisor and Media Sector Development Director at Sharjah Media City (Shams) since its launch in February 2017, Fagr has a strong focus on fostering creative and media businesses in the UAE. Previous positions include Director at Connected Circles, where the focus was on enhancing communication for purpose-driven companies, and Manager of Sharqia from Kalba TV, where Fagr played a pivotal role in launching the first digital TV station in the UAE. Additionally, Fagr has held several significant roles, including Director of Sales for the Middle East & Africa at The Associated Press and Team Leader for Ethnic and Diversity markets at Hutchison 3G. Fagr's robust educational background includes an MBA from Bayes Business School and ongoing doctoral studies in Business Administration at Clermont School of Business.
