Katie Dowling

Katie Dowling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, growth strategies, and learning and development across multiple sectors. Currently, Katie serves as a Non-Executive Director for People and Talent at Empiric, a Chief Executive Officer at Sharkfin Consulting, and a Co-Founder and Director at L&D 3.0. Previously, Katie held significant leadership roles including Global Head of Growth & Development at G2V Recruitment Group and Global Director of Growth at Opus Professional Services Group, where expertise in sales and leadership development was leveraged to achieve substantial growth. Earlier career experiences include Head of Talent and L&D at Experis UK & IE, Recruitment Manager at Elan IT, and IT Recruitment Consultant roles at ElanIT and Computer People. Katie holds a BSc in Law and Politics from the University of Nottingham and has also contributed as a freelance journalist for Private Eye and The Economist.
