Anusha V. currently serves as the Director and Global Head of Talent Intelligence, Operations & Experience at SharkNinja, overseeing a global team of Talent Scouts, TA Data Analysts, and Program Managers. Previously, Anusha held roles at Meta as the Talent Accelerator Sourcing Leader for North America and at PerkinElmer, Inc. as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition Operations. Experience includes managing recruitment efforts at League Inc., leading the first enterprise-wide Talent Sourcing team at Mass General Brigham, and contributing to recruitment at Accenture, where Anusha was recognized with the Good Samaritan Award. Anusha's background also includes HR development at Beyond Barriers Technology and software development at Sharp Electronics Corporation. Anusha holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur and additional qualifications in Management and Engineering.
