Bradley Xu

Bradley Xu is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in robotics and product development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Robotics Engineering at SharkNinja since September 2020, Bradley previously held the role of General Manager at Ningbo lvzhipin Appliance Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd, overseeing innovation in R&D and manufacturing. At WIK Group, significant contributions were made as Sr. Manager of product development and Head of Business Unit, where team leadership and strategic alignment with customer needs were prioritized. Earlier experiences include project management roles at Electrolux, TTI, Imperial Electric, Igarashi Electric Works, and China Shipping, with a strong emphasis on new product development and engineering design across various products and industries. Bradley holds an Associate’s Degree in Marine Engineering from Wuhan Communication & Science Technology University and an EMBA from Tsinghua University.
