Caroline Pacl is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on influencer marketing and account management. Currently serving as the Manager of Influencer Marketing at SharkNinja since August 2023, Caroline previously held the position of Senior Account Manager for Influencer Activations at RhythmOne since May 2015, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns for top brands, providing detailed analytics, and developing new operational processes. Prior experience includes roles at Burst Media as Engagement Manager and Campaign Management Specialist, where Caroline executed and measured social media campaigns, and earlier positions in journalism, office management, and retail. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from American University.
