Corrina Nickerson

Corrina Nickerson is a seasoned professional in performance acceleration and coaching, currently serving as the Director of Performance Acceleration at SharkNinja and the Chief of Staff at Momentum Labs. With a strong background in performance psychology, Corrina has significantly influenced program enhancements and service quality at Momentum Labs through strategic advisement and executive workshops. Previously, as the Head of Coach Development & Operations at Respin Health and the Performance Team Development Manager at Future, Corrina developed scalable onboarding programs, enhanced team performance during transitions, and implemented mental resilience initiatives. Experience includes serving as a sport psychology curriculum developer at RISE Athletes and providing mental performance coaching for various collegiate teams. Corrina holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Honors) from Keene State College.
