Damian Howard

Damian Howard has a diverse work experience in the field of electronics and embedded systems. Damian most recently worked at SharkNinja as the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Electronics and Embedded Systems since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Global Head of Electronics & Embedded Systems at SharkNinja starting from June 2018. Before joining SharkNinja, Damian worked at Bose Corporation for a significant amount of time, holding various roles including Engineering and Product Management in the Emerging Businesses division from December 2014 to August 2017. Damian also served as the Engineering and Operations Manager in the Health & Wellness Group from May 2011 to November 2014. Damian's career started at Pioneer Electronics in Tokyo, Japan as a Product Development Engineer from October 1990 to April 1996.

Damian Howard holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Global Leadership from Babson College - Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which they obtained from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate in International Business and Culture from Northeastern University between 1999 and 2000. Their undergraduate degree, a BSc in Electronic Engineering, was obtained from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, Damian holds certifications in Japanese Language proficiency from the Association of International Education in Japan, as well as snowboarding and alpine skiing from the PSIA-AASI Eastern division.
