Hongbo Lin

Hongbo Lin is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product design and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Product Design Engineer at SharkNinja since February 2024. Previous positions include Senior Mechanical Engineer and Sustaining Engineer II at Droplette, as well as a Mechanical Engineer at suitX Innovation Hub, where leadership in designing advanced back support exoskeletons was demonstrated. With prior experience at SharkNinja, contributions included the co-invention of a self-cleaning brush roll and enhancements to robot vacuum performance. Hongbo Lin holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Northeastern University.
