Joseph Pruett

Joseph Pruett has over 17 years of work experience in supply chain management and operations. Joseph currently holds the position of VP, Supply Chain Commercialization at SharkNinja since June 2022. Previously, they worked at Energizer Holdings in various roles including Sr. Director of Global Continuous Improvement, Logistics, and Strategic Operations. Joseph also served as the Portfolio Leader of the Transformation Management Office - Connected Supply Chain and held positions as Director of Global S&OP, Transportation and Trade Compliance, Director of Global Logistics, and Sr. Manager of Global Logistics for the Americas. Before joining Energizer Holdings, Joseph worked at Eaton as a Plant and Distribution Center Manager, Distribution Center Operations Manager, Sourcing Manager, and Sourcing Project Manager. Joseph also gained experience as a Senior Plant Manager at Spartech Corporation and as a Value Stream Manager at Rubbermaid Home Products. Joseph started their career as a Supply Chain Analyst at Tempur-Pedic.

Joseph Pruett completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Southeast Missouri State University from 2000 to 2004. Joseph then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Zaragoza from 2004 to 2005.
