Martin Chen

Martin Chen has a diverse work experience in the supply chain and sourcing field. Martin is currently working as the Director of Supply Chain at SharkNinja since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager at BISSELL Homecare, Inc. from May 2015 to April 2019. Martin also served as the Sourcing Manager at Electrolux from February 2012 to May 2015 and as a Sr. Sourcing Supervisor at Techtronic Industries - TTI from April 2007 to February 2012. Martin started their career as a Sr. R&D Engineer at Philips in July 2003 and worked there until April 2007.

Martin Chen completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from China University of Mine and Technology from 1999 to 2003. Martin later pursued an MBA specializing in Supply Chain Management at KEDGE Business School from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) certification from The Institute for Supply Management in 2010 and 2011.
