Matthew Cabral is an experienced Senior Program Manager specializing in new product development at SharkNinja since May 2024. Previously, in a more than three-year tenure at Wayfair, Matthew held positions such as Senior Manager of Planning and Inventory Management, where significant advancements in digital transformation and supplier engagement were achieved through process optimization. Matthew also managed partner operations, ensuring supplier growth, and as a Senior Analyst, oversight of key supplier partnerships was maintained. Prior military service in the US Army included roles as Company Commander, Senior Logistics Officer, and Intelligence Officer, culminating in substantial operational leadership and logistics management experience. Matthew holds an MBA in General Management from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.
